Terms & Conditions

Last updated 7 November 2026

  1. 01About these terms

These terms apply when you pre-order from Junimaru, run by SUKANDA SINLAPARAYA, through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

  2. 02Pre-orders

Pre-orders for each market day close at the cutoff shown on the order page, usually Thursday at 10PM for the Friday market. Everything is made by hand in small batches, so stock is limited. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a filling sells out, ingredients are unavailable, or the market is cancelled. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you paid.

  3. 03Prices

Prices are in Thai baht and are the ones shown when you order, including any bundle price (for example “mix any 3 for 100฿”). The total on your order page is the amount you pay.

  4. 04Payment

    • PromptPay: pay the exact total with the QR on your order page, then upload your slip. We check every slip by hand. Your order counts as paid once its page shows the payment as confirmed.
    • Pay at the stall: pay by cash or transfer when you pick up.

We will cancel orders paid with fake or edited slips.

  5. 05Pickup

Pick up your order at our stall on the market day, from the start time shown on your order page. Give us your name or order code. Daifuku can’t be kept for another day, so if an order isn’t collected by the time the market closes we may release it, and prepaid orders that aren’t collected are not refunded. If you’re running late, message us and we’ll do our best to help.

  6. 06Cancellations and refunds

    • Before the cutoff, if you haven’t paid yet: cancel it yourself with the Cancel order link on your order page.
    • Before the cutoff, if you already paid or sent a slip: message us with your order code to cancel, and we refund the full amount.
    • After the cutoff: we have already bought ingredients and started making your order, so we can’t offer a refund.
    • If we cancel your order: we refund the full amount you paid.

Refunds are sent by PromptPay or transfer to the account you paid from, within 7 days.

  7. 07Food and allergens

Our daifuku are handmade in a home kitchen. Ingredients include glutinous rice flour, sugar, fresh strawberries, red bean (azuki), matcha and chocolate. The chocolate may contain milk and soy, and our kitchen also handles nuts, so we can’t guarantee that any item is free from them. If you have an allergy, message us before you order.

Daifuku are best on the day you pick them up. Keep them chilled and eat them within 24 hours. Mochi is soft and chewy: cut it into small pieces for young children and older people.

  8. 08Our responsibility

We take reasonable care to make and hand over what you ordered. As far as Thai law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.

  9. 09Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
